50% Deposit required upon placing order and balance due on pickup.
Returned checks will be charged $24.00
Artwork is billed by the hour, and changes to artwork is billable.
All layout of embroidery will be billed accordingly.
MA Graphics reserves the right to substitute merchandise when chosen merchandise is not available.
Overage of promotional items is billable.
Shipping charges for promotional items will be charged per order.
A job will not be put into production without customer authorization of artwork/layout.
It is not the responsibility of MA Graphics to proof wording and spelling of artwork/layout.
Printed and/or embroidered items are not returnable.
It is the responsibility of customers to choose the sizes and colors chosen per job.
Time:
Turnaround time is 10 to 14 business days after approval of artwork for screen printing.
Turnaround time is 10 to 12 business days after approval of embroidery design.
Turnaround time for promotional items varies per item ordered.
Quotes are voided after 30 days.
